8 cups Bibb lettuce, torn
2 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
1/4 cup Toasted walnuts
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Sour cream
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp Milk
2 tsp Cider vinegar
2 tbsp Chives, chopped
1/4 tsp Pepper
1. Puree together in a food processor the mayo, sour cream, cheese, milk, vinegar, chives, and pepper. Chill until ready to serve. Will stay fresh for up to five days in the refrigerator.
2. Divide lettuce, apples, and walnuts among 8 plates and drizzle dressing before serving.
