Upside-Down Meatloaf

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup milk
2 each eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion, grated
1/4 teaspoon ginger
3/4 cup cracker crumbs, crushed


1. Spray 9 x 3 x 5 inch loaf pan wtih Pam.
2. Press the brown sugar onto the bottom of the pan and spread ketchup over the sugar.
3. Mix all remaining ingredients togehter and shape into a loaf. Put on top of ketchup.
4. Bake at 350 for one hour.
5. Turn upside down to serve.
