Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

32 ounces frozen hash browns
1/3 cup melted butter or margerine
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 ounces sour cream
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1. Thaw potatoes
2. Combine other ingredients and fold into potatoes.
3. Bake 1 1/2 hours uncovered at 350 degrees. After about an hour, check to see if it's getting too browned and cover with foil for last 30 minutes if necessary.
