Maple-Glazed Salmon

3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Garlic, minced, bottled
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper, ground
4 each Salmon Filet, 6 oz


1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Place salmon in a 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Drizzle half of glaze over salmon, spreading to coat. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Set aside remaining glaze.

2. Preheat broiler (high)

3. Remove salmon from dish, discarding glaze. Place salmon, skin side down, on a lightly greased baking sheet. Broil 5 inches from heat 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork, brushing once after 5 minutes with reamining glaze. Makes 4 servings.
