1 lb Ground beef
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Raw potatoes, diced
1 cup Celery, sliced
2 16 oz cans Whole tomatoes w/juice, cut coarsely
1 8 oz can Tomato sauce
5 cups Water
1 tbsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 cubes Beef bouillon
1 7 oz can Whole kernel corn, undrained
1 8.5 oz can Green beens, undrained
1 8.5 oz can Small early peas, undrained
Noodles - optional
1 cup Carrots, sliced
1. In a large stock pot, cook beef and onion until meat is lightly brown. Drain the fat. Add all ingredients except corn, beans, and peas.
2. Simmer 60 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add canned vegetables. Simmer 5 - 10 more minutes.
