1 head cabbage
1 green bell pepper
1 cup celery
1 onion
1/2 cup julienne or matchstick carrots
Dressing:
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. dry ground mustard
1 or 1 1/2 cup sugar depending on preference
1/2 cup vinegar
1. Chop vegetables and combine
2. Mix dressing ingredients and heat until sugar disolves
3. Pour hot dressing over vegetables
4. Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours
