Ingredients

6 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Prepared Mustard

Instructions

1. Halve the eggs lengthwise

2. Remove the yolks and mash with a fork

3. Stir in mayo, vinegar, mustard, and 1/8 tsp salt (I never add the salt)

4. Stuff egg withs yolk mixture

5. Garnish with paprika or parsley
