2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
¼ tsp cream of tarter
6 drops food coloring
1 ¼ cup tiny chocolate chips
1. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until frothy
2. Gradually beat in sugar a little at a time. Continue beating until stiff and glossy.
3. Gradually add food coloring into mixture until it reaches desired color
4. Add chocolate chips
5. Drop on prepared pan lined with parchment paper
