Mom's Artichoke Dip

1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/2 cup Green onion, finely chopped
1 14 oz. can Artichoke hearts, drained and diced
1 small can Diced green chiles, optional
dash Garlic powder
dash Beau Monde Sesoning


Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients, spoon into 1 quart casserole (the flatter the better)

Bake until bubbly, about 20 minutes.

Serve with bread or crackers.
